Sean earned an urban planning degree from architecture school, worked in city planning and construction management before law school, practiced in a large commercial real estate and land use practice after law school, served nearly four years as a large city government's chief land use attorney, became a partner in top commercial real estate and land use practices in mid-size and large law firms, and has founded and led zoning consulting firms with a national reach.

All of this led him to form a first-in-class boutique commercial real estate and land use law firm reflective of his passion for being Counsel for the Built Environment.
