Teresa BambergerEsq., AICP

Early in her career Teresa was an urban planner, designing large multi-use projects, community plans, and architectural guidelines. She then served as Town Planner for a small, rapidly growing community, where she engaged the community in completely rewriting the Town's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code. Later, as a planner and civil engineering project manager, she designed and managed large site development projects from inception through construction.

Her interest in the laws that shape and regulate community development led her to law school. As an attorney, Teresa's background in the nuts and bolts of site development, permitting, community engagement, and site design enables her to find creative, efficient, and sometimes surprising solutions to complex land use disputes.

Teresa is committed to obtaining the best outcome for her clients through negotiation or mediation when possible, and she will zealously advocate for her client if a dispute must go to trial.
