Todd KinskeyFAICP

Todd Kinskey, FAICP, is the immediate past Director of the Department of Planning, Neighborhoods & Development for the City of Dayton, Ohio, and the former Hamilton County, Ohio Director of Planning + Development. He has led numerous code update and rewrite projects for complex and diverse built environments during his 30-plus years in public service.

He is a committed, caring, and thoughtful city planner whose work has been recognized by the American Planning Association through his induction into the College of Fellows of the AICP (FAICP) in 2020. Todd has served as APA Ohio President, on the City of Cincinnati Board of Zoning Appeals, and as an Adjunct Professor of City Planning at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning (DAAP), among many other roles.
